It's impossible -- you can only do one at a time. And, besides, if somebody is talking to me I can't help it, I always end up looking straight in the lips. Is it just me?

My friend Silas fairly pointed out: "This would be a good compromise, but the same problem remains: can you truly look at one lip at a time?" So I have to revise my position: I guess what I really watch is the "general mouth area" :)
